For many, the benefit of AI drops off after the initial query with a resolve after the first query and subsequent queries build off of that information for that thread but not much more than that. With a trained bot though, company data can be loaded into a database for pretraining to answer questions even the best of human assistants would have to pause for expert clarification. And too, with trained AI, actions can be set based on conditions to, perhaps pull data, and push to other systems like analytics, an email campaign, and/or even zapier. Perhaps yours could even schedule meetings or appointments. At this early stage with AI, new uses are being discovered daily. The imagination is often seen as the limiter.
